6. Shipment Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive:

7. Courier Responsibility
After HS Traders has processed and dispatched an order and the shipment has been handed over to the courier company, responsibility for transportation and delivery lies with the courier service provider.
The courier company is responsible for handling, transporting, and delivering the package according to its service terms and conditions.
8. Customs Duties, Taxes & Import Charges
International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or other fees imposed by the destination country's customs authorities.
These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price or shipping charges unless otherwise stated.
HS Traders is not responsible for delays caused by customs inspections or clearance procedures.
9. Delayed Shipments
While we make every effort to ensure timely delivery, delays may occur due to:

10. Lost or Undelivered Shipments
If a shipment is officially confirmed by the courier company as lost or undelivered during transit, HS Traders will review the case and conduct the necessary investigation.
Upon verification, eligible customers may receive a refund according to our refund policy.
Customers must contact us within a reasonable period after the expected delivery date and provide all relevant order information.
11. Delivered Shipments
Once the courier's tracking system confirms that the shipment has been successfully delivered to the address provided by the customer, the order will be considered completed and fulfilled.
HS Traders shall not be responsible for:
Lost packages after confirmed delivery
Theft after delivery
Delivery to the address provided by the customer
Incorrect delivery instructions provided by the customer
Any concerns regarding a shipment marked as delivered should be addressed directly with the courier company.
12. Damaged Shipments
If a package arrives damaged, customers must:
Contact HS Traders immediately after receiving the package.
Provide clear photographs of:
The outer packaging
Shipping label
Damaged item(s)
Keep the product and packaging in their original condition.
Customers should not discard the original packaging until the claim process is completed.
After review and verification of the claim, HS Traders will determine eligibility for replacement or refund in accordance with our policies.
13. Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information during checkout.
HS Traders is not responsible for:
Delays caused by incorrect addresses
Failed deliveries due to inaccurate information
Additional shipping charges resulting from address corrections
Any additional costs incurred due to incorrect shipping information may be charged to the customer.
